We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Server to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling front desk operations and serving duties.

What You'll Do
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Serve food and beverages to customers with excellent service
Maintain accurate records and manage front desk operations
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
Process payments and handle cash transactions
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
