Position Description

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the company and expected to promote professional image of the company at all times.
• Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Keeping the awareness on members and client confidentiality and data protection.
• Sorting and distribution of daily post/deliveries/couriers
• Company ID creation and biometric enrollment
• Manage the Meeting Room booking tool and provide timely resolution on meeting room reservations when conflict arises.Qualifications- At least 2 years college of Business Administration or other related courses- Above average oral and written communication- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize to ensure daily deliverables are being met- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
