RESPONSIBILITIES:
PLANNING:
1. Coordinates with both internal and external in charge of label and pricing
2. Integrates social media information (e.g. website information)
LEADING:
1. Entertains walk-in customer and treat them as VIPs
2. Conducts safety riding orientation
3. Conducts orientation to customer on the following:
a.) Releasing of OR/CR including plate number
b.) Due date on Monthly Amortization of customers application
c.) Tune up dates in any branch extracurricular branch events.
4. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
5. Informs customers unit service update
6. Provides support to any branch promotional events (e.g. flyer preparation)
ORGANIZING:
1. Types documents( Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt/Gate Pass, HIP Documents)
2. Gives photocopies of LTO registration to HIP Customers(OR/CR must be retained in the branch(safe keep)
3. Prepares price quotation for inquiring customers
4. Fill up the customer service coupons 1,2,3
a.) Name of customer
b.) Address of customer
c.) Selling Dealer
d.) Telephone number
e.) Purchase Date
f.) Engine/Frame Number
5. Acts as Branch Service Advisor
CONTROLLING:
1. Monitor that all HIP folders are complete as to its requirements before turning it over to Accounting Department
2. Maintains logbook for all approve and disapproved customer
3. Maintain updated record on Customer LTO registration(OR/CR) and contact numbers
4. Maintains file of acknowledgement receipt
5. Monitor the 5S in the branch and the MC display
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Commerce major in Business Management
- 2-3 yrs experience in retail industry
