About The Role

As a Real Time Analyst in our Workforce Optimisation Team, you’ll play a key role in the design, development, implementation and monitoring of the workforce plan and supporting the business for effective deployment of resources across projects, accounts or operational areas today and to assess future capacity requirements. They enable managers to ensure existing headcount is optimised, that capability aligns to the current and future organisational requirements and that adequate capacity exists to meet the required level of service.

Role Location: MDC 100 Building, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City, Philippines

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime.

Shift Schedule: Dayshift schedules, must be open to adjust if needed

What will your day look like?

As a Real Time Analyst, you will be accountable for:

  • Managing real-time adherence and making intraday adjustments to optimize coverage and service levels.
  • Provide real-time direction and advice to stakeholders
  • Coordinate response to events and outages
  • Make recommendations for people performance optimisation
  • Contribute to managing the Event Plan for an optimised end-to-end customer experience
  • Undertake productivity and project implementation analysis as required

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline (desired)
