• Negotiate and close sales transactions in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek out new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve company sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property regulations and industry best practices
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals
• Thorough understanding of the local property market and current industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
• Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Having Drivers license is an advantage
