The Role
Are you highly motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in real estate outreach? We’re looking for a Real Estate Lead Generation VA who can help our clients connect with qualified prospects and grow their property pipelines.
This is a client-facing role perfect for someone who loves real estate, enjoys doing outreach, and wants to make a meaningful impact—while working from the comfort of home!
What You’ll Do
Source and qualify leads from platforms like Zillow, Redfin, and Facebook Marketplace
Make outbound cold calls, follow up via email and SMS, and nurture warm leads
Set and confirm appointments for real estate agents and acquisition managers
Conduct property research and update CRMs (e.g., Podio, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot)
Maintain lead trackers and ensure all communications are documented
Perform skip tracing using tools like PropStream or BatchLeads
Support with light admin tasks like inbox, calendar, and file management
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of real estate lead generation or cold calling experience
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable working full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours
Proficient with real estate tools (CRMs, dialers, Google Workspace)
Internet-savvy with a reliable connection and a quiet work environment
Fast learner, resourceful, and able to work independently
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in real estate wholesaling, cold calling, or appointment setting
Familiarity with skip tracing, property research, or CRM data cleanup
Sales or customer service background
