RCI: HR Recruitment Associate - Staffing

Job Objective / Purpose

This role is to be assigned to provide support to Permanent Deployment of Medical Staff in ActiveOne Health Clinics.

This role will be hired under RelianceCARE, Inc. - a Unilab subsidiary.

Background And Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a 4 year course, preferably with background in Human Resource Management.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
• Must be willing to work on site (Williams Center Building, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City).
• Must be flexible with work schedule—willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Do an end-to-end Recruitment Process for the Staffing needs of ActiveOne Health Clinics.
• Collaborate with different internal stakeholders such as but not limited to - Clinic Management Team, Account Management Team, Payroll, etc. to ensure excellent on boarding experience for our on site personnel.
• Timely and accurate encoding and updating of data in tracker/s.
  
  

Work Conditions

• Permanent Position
• Entry Level, Individual Contributor
• 8-hour work days, Monday through Friday (with possibility of a shifting schedule, work on weekends and holidays)
• To be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
