RCI: HR Associate (Recruitment - PD)

This role is to provide support to Permanent Deployment of Medical Staff in RelianceUnited Health subsidiary Clinics.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Do End to End Recruitment Process for the Staffing needs of RelianceUnited Health subsidiaries
• Collaborate with different internal stakeholders such as but not limited to - Clinic Management Team, Account Management Team, Payroll, etc. to ensure excellent on boarding experience for our on site personnel.
• Timely and accurate encoding and updating of data in tracker/s.
  
  

Background And Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a 4 year course, preferably with background in Human Resource Management.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
• Must be willing to work on site (Williams Center Building, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City).
• Must be flexible with work schedule - willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
