RCI: HR Associate - ESS (5 months project-based)

Job Objective / Purpose

The HR Associate - ESS (Employee Shared Services) role will provide support to Head Office Data Management Team.

This role will be hired under RelianceCARE, Inc. - a Unilab subsidiary.

Duties And Responsibilities

• PAN (Personnel Action Notice) preparation
• Assistance in requests for Certificate of Employment and Employee Verification
• Performance Appraisal reminder and compliance monitoring
• Disciplinary Action HRIS update
• Separation Movement HRIS update
• 201 files maintenance
• Billing validation
  
  

Background And Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of four-year course, preferably with a degree related to Human Resource.
• Related work experience is a preference but not a requirement.
• Must be proficient with computer applications, such as, but not limited to, Windows and Google Suite.
• Must be amenable to working on-site in Greenfield District 5 days a week.
• Must be amenable to rendering extended hours or holiday work, as needed.
• Must be meticulous with data and is task-oriented.
  
  

Work Conditions

• 5 months project-based employment
• Entry Level, Individual Contributor
• 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday (with possibility of work on weekends and holidays)
• To be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
