Job Description Summary

About the Role:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents to ensure project financial viability.
- Monitor project progress and perform cost control to manage expenditures and identify variances.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts, manage claims, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, or a related technical field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in architecture, construction, or project management required
- Strong analytical, communication, and cost estimation skills essential for project execution and stakeholder collaboration
