Job Description Summary

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

About the Role:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents to ensure project financial viability.
  • Monitor project progress and perform cost control to manage expenditures and identify variances.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts, manage claims, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, or a related technical field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in architecture, construction, or project management required
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cost estimation skills essential for project execution and stakeholder collaboration
