Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and Refine Testing Plans: Assist in crafting and refining risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plans, ensuring they align with industry standards.
- Collaborate for Plan Execution: Work with the Asia Segment Compliance and Global Functions Compliance teams to execute the testing plan using risk analysis, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure Efficient Process Completion: Oversee the timely and efficient completion of AML Systems and Data QA processes, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Identify and Address Issues: Identify the root causes of issues, communicate associated risks, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements, ensuring effective management action plans.
- Produce and Maintain Quality Reports: Generate high-quality AML Systems and QA reports, focusing on key risks and solutions, and maintain communication on the status and progress of QA activities.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in leading IT risk-based audits, including IT Application Controls and IT General Controls, with proven ability to interact with key stakeholders and manage negotiation situations.
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Accountancy, Business, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional knowledge of AML Compliance.
- Strong experience in IT Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, preferably in the AML domain.
- Familiarity with IT auditing tools and software.
- Knowledge of COBIT or similar standards.
- Experience with AML Risk Management tools and systems, such as Bridger or AML Manager.
- Holding certifications such as Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent is an added advantage.
