Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a team of quality engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and integration across various disciplines. Your typical day will involve strategizing and implementing testing methodologies, managing the testing process, and driving quality improvements throughout the application lifecycle. You will engage with multiple teams to facilitate seamless communication and decision-making, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies that align with project goals. - Monitor and report on testing progress, ensuring timely delivery of quality outcomes. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative testing practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Functional Testing. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Proficient in developing and executing test plans and test cases. - Experience with defect tracking and management tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Functional Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
