  • Job Qualifications Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automated testing strategies, conducting continuous testing for various aspects of the application, and actively participating in code reviews. You will also monitor and report defects, contributing to the overall improvement of the testing process and ensuring that the software meets the required standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies to enhance the testing process. - Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. - Monitor testing outcomes and report defects to facilitate continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or JUnit. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python to create automated test scripts. - Experience with Appium software Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office.
