Quality Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of AI-driven solutions by focusing on quality assurance in low-code/no-code environments. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in testing and validating AI solutions built using platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and intelligent automation tools. You will help ensure that these intelligent systems meet high standards of reliability, usability, and performance. This position supports our mission to deliver innovative, scalable, and trustworthy AI solutions to our clients.

Position Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for low code/no code AI solutions and other intelligent automation tools.
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on related technologies.
• Identify, analyze, and track defects using standard QA tools.
• Conducts code reviews, identifies potential areas of risk, and proposes solutions to mitigate quality related issues.
• Captures, records, and implements leading practices for continuous learning and improvement.
• Amendable to working in QC (hybrid setup) and on a mid-shift schedule (or as required by the business)
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.
• 1+ years of experience testing applications built on Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code/no-code tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and testing strategies for intelligent systems.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and other similar low-code/no-code tools testing.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
