Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality, data, or analytics role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with quality systems and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to accuracy.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Understanding of Corrective Action Reports and processes.
- Experience in the furniture, retail, or manufacturing sector.
- Power BI reporting skills.
- Knowledge of inspection reporting or root cause analysis.
- Background in statistics.
- “Can-do” attitude and a collaborative approach.
- Adaptive, proactive thinker who looks beyond the obvious for better solutions.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to continuous learning.
- Analyse Audit, Claims, and Warranty data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all systems are updated and fully operational.
- Generate insights and reports for key stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Process retail and supplier claims within required timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, mitigate risks, and enhance efficiency.
- Support quality management systems, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide coaching and support to new staff as needed.
- Ensure timely reporting of incidents or hazards and maintain a proactive safety mindset.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to ensure warranty and cost-of-quality information is accurate and up to date.
