Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective implementation of the Nestle Quality Management System and compliance with special requirements for product categories managed, including sensory analyses and quality assurance systems.
  • Review and enforce adherence to Nestle Instructions, ensuring all finished products meet quality standards and initiating investigations for any deviations.
  • Evaluate regulatory compliance of products, including monitoring plans and analytical data, and address non-compliance through investigations and corrective actions.
  • Handle customer and trade complaints, coordinating investigations and finalizing reports, while also ensuring hygiene and microbiological monitoring in production environments.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality performance, conduct quality assessments and audits, and manage training needs for personnel within the product category.
