Quality & Reliability Technician ensures the Quality of New Product, Migration Product through First Article Inspection and Process Capability Check to satisfying the quality based on Product/Customer Drawings. Set-up Measuring Equipment, create Measurement Program and performs Reliability Tests necessary on Product.

Job Overview
Quality & Reliability Technician ensures the Quality of New Product, Migration Product through First Article Inspection and Process Capability Check to satisfying the quality based on Product/Customer Drawings. Set-up Measuring Equipment, create Measurement Program and performs Reliability Tests necessary on Product.
Job Requirements
- Operate measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and appearance.
- Conduct reliability testing using appropriate test instruments.
- Set up and program measuring instruments.
- Check and validate fixtures/jigs used during First Article Inspection (FAI).
- Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and validated.
- Implement safety procedures including:
- Proper use of PPE
- Adherence to standard operating procedures
- Compliance with company safety policies
- Report safety-related incidents or near misses.
- Complete required ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) training.
- Organize and maintain tools, materials, and documentation.
- Perform other duties aligned with quality and company objectives
- 6–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, specifically in measurement and reliability testing.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role within Quality.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- knowledgeable in operating measuring and test instruments.
- Experience in programming measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with Minitab statistical software.
- Skilled in instrument check-up and calibration validation.
