Job Overview

Quality & Reliability Technician ensures the Quality of New Product, Migration Product through First Article Inspection and Process Capability Check to satisfying the quality based on Product/Customer Drawings. Set-up Measuring Equipment, create Measurement Program and performs Reliability Tests necessary on Product.

Job Requirements

  • Operate measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and appearance.
  • Conduct reliability testing using appropriate test instruments.
  • Set up and program measuring instruments.
  • Check and validate fixtures/jigs used during First Article Inspection (FAI).
  • Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and validated.
  • Implement safety procedures including:
    • Proper use of PPE
    • Adherence to standard operating procedures
    • Compliance with company safety policies
  • Report safety-related incidents or near misses.
  • Complete required ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) training.
  • Organize and maintain tools, materials, and documentation.
  • Perform other duties aligned with quality and company objectives
What your background should look like

  • 6–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, specifically in measurement and reliability testing.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role within Quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • knowledgeable in operating measuring and test instruments.
  • Experience in programming measuring instruments.
  • Familiarity with Minitab statistical software.
  • Skilled in instrument check-up and calibration validation.
