- Performs complete layout inspection by measuring dimensions.
- Ensures all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications.
- Coordinates and schedules field testing and performance QA/QC inspections.
- Monitors daily construction activities.
- Inspects incoming and outgoing materials
- Reviews all special inspection and material testing performed by third parties.
- Documents all inspection and testing in QC reports
- Ensures all work meets or exceeds the contract specifications standard of excellence.
- Assists and/or trains operators on part visual acceptability, and measurement and process procedures as required.
- Checks work pieces against one another to assess/detect manufacturing variations in processes.
- Performs verification on incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
- At least 2 years of working experience in construction industry and/ manufacturing production operations
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Familiar with testing inspection procedures
- Familiar in the construction’s standards, functions, and procedures
- Knowledge of Quality Standards
