QC Inspector

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified in the documentations.
• Approves incoming materials that conforms to specification; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approves in-process production that conforms to the specification; conducting visual and measurement tests; performs in-process audit; communicating required adjustments to Process/ Maintenance Engineering.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests and ensuring that all materials are meets or exceeds customer requirements.
• Maintaining and publishing an inspection log, detailing findings of types of defects and number of parts rejected; alerting management to quality problems.
• Collects and consolidates all the reject units produced by production process on a defined frequency. Document in the Quality Database and safekeep all reject units from the production area.
• Report any non-conforming material/ product and hold production for any high failure rate due to quality problems.
  
  

Education & Experience

• At least second year College level
• At least one year working experience as Quality Inspector in the related field

Working Conditions

• Working Conditions are consistent with a Cleanroom environment and in an office environment.
• Can work at Batino, Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines.
