Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within the construction industry.
  • Experience with large-scale high rise construction projects
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and processes.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Proficient in quality management tools and software for tracking QA/QC activities.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving:
  • Ability to identify quality issues and implement effective corrective actions promptly.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze technical documents and specifications.
• Leadership & Communication:
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse project teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for report writing and liaising with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Compliance-Oriented:
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to construction quality.
  • Ability to enforce compliance with strict QA/QC protocols to maintain the highest standards of project integrity.
