- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source motorpool equipment, parts, and tools required for solar power plant construction.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely procurement.
- Prepare motorpool equipment, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure all orders meet operational and project requirements.
- Track and maintain an accurate inventory of motorpool equipment, parts, and tools, ensuring availability to avoid project delays.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between suppliers, the procurement team, and the motorpool department, addressing any order or delivery issues.
- Support procurement activities by maintaining accurate records of purchase transactions, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with the motorpool and project teams to ensure timely equipment availability.
- Regularly update inventory management systems to reflect stock levels and identify any shortages.
