Salary Range: ₱50,000 - ₱70,000

Work Setup: Onsite

The role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Head to lead our procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing purchasing processes, driving cost savings, and building strong supplier relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans to meet company goals.
• Oversee all purchasing activities, from material sourcing to final delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the purchasing team.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible value.
• Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to inform purchasing decisions.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize logistics to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain procurement best practices and systems.
• Analyze and report on key purchasing metrics, including cost savings and supplier performance.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in procurement, supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
• Exceptional skills in negotiation and a strong history of achieving cost savings.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies and vendor management.
