Main Duties
Note
Work Hours: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) for all employees
Candidate Preference: Preferably from provinces outside of Bulacan
Work Schedule
Production Roles: Shifting schedule
Salary: open/ negotiable
Must be originally residing in provinces and willing to stay-in
Main Duties
- Identifying and Resolving Issues – Addressing problems with incorrect, defective, or delayed purchased parts.
- Supplier Dispute Resolution – Communicating with supplier to resolve discrepancies in orders, damaged goods, or warranty claims.
- Emergency Procurement – Finding alternative sources when there are shortages, backorders, or urgent needs.
- Cost Recovery Returns – Help in managing returns, refunds, or credits for faulty or incorrect parts.
- Supply Chain Troubleshooting – Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the parts supply process.
- Inventory Verification – verifying if replacement parts are stocked and available before buying it.
- Education· Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Engineering or any related field (preferred but not always required).
- Skills and Knowledge· Experience in construction or fleet parts’ purchasing (typically 1+ year)
- Background in supplier negotiation and understanding of construction materials, vehicle parts and/or components
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple supplier and requests
- Attention to detail and accuracy in ordering and inventory tracking
- Problem-solving skills to handle supply chain issues and urgent parts or materials needed
