Your Role

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will:

• Timely and accurate data entry E5 purchase variations in JDE.
• Check & Code EFT Requests ready for one-time payment supplier creation.
• Closing of Open Commitments when requested.
• Upload certificates/rates into SEAM.
• Assisting “Purchasing Officers” with raising purchase orders when required
• Filing and archiving of information to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures that are readily available for External and Internal Audits
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Equivalent of Australian year 12 education as a minimum
• Business College qualifications in Business / Accounting / Procurement would be an advantage.
• An understanding of Australian, New Zealand and PNG GST/VAT Tax laws would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar purchasing related function is essential
• Experience in transactional processing of requisitions, purchase orders and receipting of good and services in a multi-currency environment required
• Experienced user of accounting software (preferably JDE)
