Your Role as Purchasing Admin Assistant

You’ll be the organizational backbone of procurement, ensuring accurate supplier data, seamless transactions, and efficient processes that keep operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Master Data Management (SAP)
  • Maintain and update supplier records (Business Partners) with 100% accuracy
  • Ensure supplier compliance documentation is current
  • Manage item master data, including pricing updates in SAP
  • Procurement Support
  • Track and analyze price variances using Excel
  • Process supplier good receipts in SAP
  • Assist with long lead time order recommendations
  • Administrative Excellence
  • Organize and prioritize procurement inbox (Outlook)
  • Provide HR admin support (~2 hours/week)
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the procurement team


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP (MM module preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Experience with Outlook email management
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with precision
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes

Bonus Points for

  • HR administration experience
  • Knowledge of purchase order workflows
