The PR Manager will be responsible for shaping and amplifying Home Credit’s brand narrative through strategic public relations, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement This role will lead initiatives that build brand reputation, drive awareness, and position Home Credit as a trusted partner in financial wellness and digital innovation. This is a strategic individual contributor role which works closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Online, Content, Campaigns, Sustainability, HR, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead PR and Advocacy Campaigns
    • Drive integrated communications that support Home Credit’s brand and social impact goals, with a strong focus on promoting and growing financial literacy as a core company advocacy.


  • Media and Influencer Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key opinion leaders to drive positive coverage and advocacy.


  • Content Development
    • Craft compelling narratives and multi-format content for press releases, executive communications, media kits, and digital platforms.


  • Reputation and Issues Management
    • Identify potential risks and manage crisis communications to protect and enhance Home Credit’s reputation.


  • Performance Reporting
    • Analyze PR campaign performance using metrics such as media reach, sentiment, engagement, and brand lift to inform strategy and planning.


  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
What You Need To Have

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in CSR, community relations, development studies or other related fields
  • Must have good knowledge of ESG principles
  • Must have strong knowledge of financial literacy concepts and how to deliver these to different audiences
  • Must have experience in strategic planning and project management

What Can Set You Apart

  • PR agency experience is a big plus
  • Strong network in government, NGOs a major plus
  • Consumer finance experience is a big plus
  • Writing skills are a big plus
