Job Description

Prepares corporate PR campaigns and plans based on the corporate communications directions and strategy and enabling units

Manages and ensures the implementation and execution of Corporate PR plans by creating content such as writing relevant press releases, public advisories, statements and articles, highlighting initiatives of enabling units to improve network capacities, enhance customer experience, support corporate campaigns and advocacies

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepares corporate PR campaigns and plans based on the corporate communications directions and strategy and enabling units
  • Manages and ensures the implementation and execution of Corporate PR plans by creating content such as writing relevant press releases, public advisories, statements and articles, highlighting initiatives of enabling units to improve network capacities, enhance customer experience, support corporate campaigns and advocacies
  • Builds good working relationship with enabling units
  • Analyzes and utilizes data to make informed decisions for campaign development.
  • Ensures other Globe stakeholders are part of the PR and communications program such as employees, customers, et al
  • Maintain and coordinate closely with media representatives in addressing queries and concerns relating to corporate issues.
  • Assist the Department Head and Group Head in managing crisis and issues affecting Globe and its employees.
  • Member of the Crisis Communications Team, expected to provide timely advisories and news articles in order to manage events and situations that could potentially lead to a “crisis” situations.
  • Coordinates Business Continuity practices within the Group.


KPIs

  • Based on agreed metrics (advocacy/sales generation)
  • Targeted number of PR programs launched
  • Timely implementation of media special events and PR programs
  • Timely booking of press and photo releases
  • Timeliness in giving support to Crisis Management team
