Job Description

Takes the lead in developing strategic and tactical PR programs for corporate and brand segments. Lead in public affairs and digital PR. Establishes relationship wth all forms of media. Manages media and publicity events. Manages crisis situations.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Leads PR programs and communications plans for business segments aligned to business objectives and 360° campaigns. Analyzes and transforms data from various sources into strategic and tactical communications approach
• Executes strategic PR campaigns to achieve business KPIs. Ensures stakeholder engagement in various campaigns launched.
• Execute media strategies and events to achieve publicity targets and ROI.
• Provides reports on PR campaign results to various business segments. Formulates processes and procedures with the other teams in the corporate communications team to efficiently achieve desired output
• Develops rapport with media, KOIs and extends relations to develop goodwill for Globe.
• Leads in Crisis and Issues Management. Manages public perception on Globe as the organization and brand. Helps protect reputational capital of the organization.
• Promotes talent development, succession planning and career growth

• Perception management, brand credibility, customer sentiments and comments, brand love
• Timely implementation of media special events and PR programs
• Strategic handling of crisis and issues that leads to acceptable resolution. Timeliness in giving support to Crisis Action Team
