What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark:

  • Checks all pending product activation during start and end of shift.
  • Checks all pending products are activated or processed within the first 24 hours.
  • Provides customer updates through phone and email and set proper expectation as to the timeline of the product activation.
  • Follows up unresponsive customers in getting necessary information.
  • Updates product activation errors documentation properly.
  • Ensures that all tickets are responded or updated within the Service Level Agreement.
  • Attends to all queries from the operations team in a timely manner.
  • Escalates proactively and requests activation for products such as VPS and its current add-ons like office 365.
  • Coordinates with SSL provider to the issuance of SSL certificate.
  • Liaises with SSL providers and customers to assist in SSL verification appointment.
  • Ensures that all log in information are updated and kept highly confidential.
  • Renders work hours with flexibility when required.
  • Dresses appropriately and always presents a good image for the company.
  • Conducts business in alignment with the company’s core values.
  • Complies with the different policies set by the company.
  • Ensures that our company conducts business in an ethical manner at all times without putting anyone in a position of risk.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • Graduate or Undergraduate of any IT related Course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Or with BPO/IT Experience of at least 6 months to 1 year.
  • Must have average communication skills both verbal and written.
