Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project/Cost Controller to join our Construction Phase Services team and oversee project schedule monitoring and data collection to determine that project’s progress is according to the schedule and budget.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Review, input, manage reports on time (daily, monthly, weekly depending on project requirement)
• Advise project management team of any potential variations or claims that the contractor may make and lead the appropriate documentation and recommendations
• Lead the task of reviewing contractor’s progress based on the contractor’s programme and billings
• Lead the monitoring of construction schedules, identify delay risks, suggest catch-up plans
• Reviews contractor’s progress invoices/statements prior to issuance of payment certificates
• Lead the review of contractor claims for extension and/or additional costs
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Established 10+ years’ experience in construction works as project controller
• Well versed with project scheduling and monitoring tools and techniques
• Skilled in quantity surveying to be employed in budget/cost control and evaluation of contractor invoices
• Proficient in the use of project planning software such as Primavera and MS Project
