Project Specialist (AI Workflow)

Overview:

The Automation Specialist leads end-to-end project delivery—including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring timely completion in accordance with defined specifications and standards. Responsibilities include resource and stakeholder management, risk mitigation, executive reporting, problem identification and analysis, and driving data-driven, solution-oriented decisions. The role also conducts post-project impact assessments to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Proficiency in AI workflow, Salesforce, Agentforce, Copilot Pro, and similar solutions, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and applications in operational and business workflows, is highly valuable to succeed in this role.

What you will be doing:

• Identify and analyze gaps in operational processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Drive process improvement by transforming manual workflows into automated solutions.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans by breaking them down into clear, actionable steps.
• Define and assess business operations requirements, including cost-efficiency analysis.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and sourcing input for solutions.
• Document and secure approval for business requirements.
• Evaluate and audit change management processes across technical and business operations.
• Lead teams to deliver milestones on time.
• Provide regular project status updates to management.
• Measure project outcomes, identify improvements, and capture learnings for future enhancements.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years’ experience in business and process analysis and 2 years’ experience in project management
• Project managers or the same PMBA role from software companies or other institutions such as banks.
