  • Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise work being performed by subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement timely solutions to minimize project delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, material counts, and change orders for stakeholder review.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and clients, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • 3- 5 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
