Project Officer (Gen Trias, Cavite)

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Project Officer role based in Cavite City, Cavite. As a Project Officer at Global Officium Limited Inc, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating various construction projects. Your expertise and strong organisational skills will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and monitoring the progress of construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Liaising with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
• Identifying and resolving project-related issues, escalating as necessary to ensure the smooth execution of projects
• Maintaining accurate project records, documentation, and reporting
• Assisting in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Project Officer or Construction Project Management role
• Strong understanding of construction principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
