The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management
• 7 years of project experience demonstrating progression of increased responsibilities.
• 7 years of leadership experience, including leading a team of project managers and the PMO function, facilitating senior management business and project meetings, and preparing and delivering briefings to executive leadership.
• Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with the ability to mentor, influence change, and build credibility across teams.
• Proven expertise in project and change management, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and lead effective meetings and discussions.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including expertise in budgeting, cost management, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, including executives, customers, and vendors.
• Self-motivated, high-energy professional who takes initiative and drives results.

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion in alignment with strategic and departmental goals, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Develop and continuously assess and improve project management methodologies and best practices
• Implement project management standards to ensure consistent, repeatable, and measurable outcomes
• Monitor resources and workload allocation, setting performance goals and improving transparency and efficiency
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure effective process utilization
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to optimize processes
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and senior leaders
• Collaborate across departments to ensure solutions meet business needs and strategic objectives
• Prepare executive-level briefing materials and analytics to guide decision-making
• Support project prioritization based on strategic objectives, resource capacity, and interdependencies
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and standards
