Job Summary:
The primary duties of the Project Manager III include defining project scopes, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. The project manager will develop a detailed project plan as a roadmap, detailing the timelines and resources needed. Throughout the project lifecycle, they will monitor progress and adjust as necessary to ensure the project remains on track.
Communication is a key aspect of this role, as they must keep all stakeholders (both internal and external) informed and engaged, resolving issues and ensuring that the team remains motivated. Also, they are responsible for maintaining project documentation and handling compliance or regulatory issues. By managing these tasks, the project manager strives to optimize the outcome and maximize the value delivered through the project.
Role / Responsibilities:
• End to end project management (intake, prioritization, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing out projects.
• Develop a detailed project plan, define project scope, objectives and desired outcome.
• Plan and allocate resources including internal, and external teams and partners.
• Manage deliverables across cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Implementations, Operations, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Support and Finance.
• Establish customer deadlines as determined by the scope of work and ensure customer satisfaction with timeliness, accuracy, and communication.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage and set expectations on project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and prepare mitigation strategies to meet deliverables.
• Participate in client communication via meetings to report progress and coordinate on time deliverables and/or change orders.
• Build strong relationships and collaborative partnerships with new and existing client contacts, as well as internal stakeholders and team members
• Evaluate the projects performance and account for its success.
• Assist with other duties as defined including, but not limited to special projects and/or custom reports.
Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
• BA/BS required
• Cross-functional business and technical knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Very comfortable influencing people over the phone (no call reluctance)
• Solid skills with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with CRM-type system (such as Microsoft CRM, Salesforce or field service software)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and analytical / problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication along with customer service skills
• Must be self-motivating, hardworking, analytical and proactive

Night Shift/Shifting Schedule
1st 90 days WIO, Hybrid after with at least 7-10 days WIO per month
Internet Connection of at least 30mbps
