Position Summary
The Project Manager supports regional and global projects centered around leveraging the Global Hub’s resources and infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost for the business and/or functional groups.
The Project Manager manages and contributes to a range of responsibilities, including process mapping, process documentation, conducting research and data analysis, creating summaries and presentations to effectively communicate results and recommendations. Will support the Project leads assigned to larger programs in conducting due diligence, process scanning and generating solution roadmaps and business transition plans.

Position Summary

The Project Manager manages and contributes to a range of responsibilities, including process mapping, process documentation, conducting research and data analysis, creating summaries and presentations to effectively communicate results and recommendations. Will support the Project leads assigned to larger programs in conducting due diligence, process scanning and generating solution roadmaps and business transition plans.
Responsibilities
- Support business-led improvement teams with process improvement execution capabilities.; providing support in the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies and initiatives. Mobilize business subject matter experts to build process capabilities, document processes, identify sources of waste, and drive process improvements through standardized work.
- Manage project implementation and dashboard governance for the department and work with multiple functions each month to make sure on time delivery and accuracy, also being the first point of contact for enhancement on all dashboards
- Support driving local project with impact on the Hub location across all functions which operate within the location including change management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Engineering.
- Project Management & Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus
- At least 5 years experience in Project Management with focus on business transformation/transition, process improvement/deployment
- Must be worked on execution of at least two business transformation projects.
- Possesses mapping and documentation knowledge in key
- Lean knowledge and process improvement tools is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and EXCEL.
- Working experience with SQL, Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Ability to execute on process mapping and documentation.
- Ability to support on complex projects at pace
- Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills
- Ability to develop and encourage innovative ideas to drive improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, resilient and outcome focused
- Intellectual curiosity about determining root causes to solve complex problems
