Job Responsibilities

  • Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.
  • Developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
  • Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project.
  • Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
  • Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning Individual responsibilities.
  • Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
  • Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
  • Handling project risk and apply mitigations.
  • Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
  • Managing reports and necessary documentations from vendor sourcing, contract/payment terms review, purchase order and etc.
  • Managing resources including project team, stakeholder and executives.
  • Managing multiple vendors to deliver output on time with high quality results.

Qualifications

  • Provides good communication and able manage to business users.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • IT methodologies are adapted, practiced, and applied within the framework of known IT standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related courses.
  • With PMP certification desired.
  • At least 4 to 5 years with experience in IT Project coordinator or 2 to 3 years IT Project Manager.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and related technology.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills from prior work situations.
  • Experience gathering requirements, business analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience coaching and team building.
  • Achieving balance of and the right priority from multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Project Management, MS project, MS Office, good command in English whether speaking or writing, good interpersonal skills, good customer service skills, can handle extreme pressure and able to deliver on time.
  • Experience providing technical leadership to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Keen to details and good comprehension skills.
