Position: Project Manager (remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of technology projects from inception to completion.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic degrees don’t carry all too much weight with us, but they make statements about your work ethics.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking software industry.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement effective project processes and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Zoho Project).
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work from 6pm to 2am PHT.
  
  

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Definition: Lead the definition and implementation of end-to-end processes for new product rollouts, collaborating closely with development, product, implementation, support teams, and third-party vendors.
• Management of IBT Projects: Oversee and coordinate all internal and external facing IBT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Be the primary project point of contact for IBT’s customers.
• Team Leadership: Assemble and lead diverse talent groups, including implementation teams, to successfully execute the scope of various projects.
• Revenue Generation: Act as a driver of revenue by prioritizing and keeping the right projects on track, aligning project objectives with business revenue goals.
• Resource Planning: Conduct IBT resource planning for concurrent project execution, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources across multiple projects.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance and Reporting: Maintain the highest standards of quality for all project deliverables. Provide regular and comprehensive project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
