Position: Project Manager

Working Hours: 40 hours per week; this role requires availability from 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Sunday, with some flexibility around key project milestones and important deadlines.

Salary Range: 800 - 1600 USD per month (The final offer will depend on the client's approval and assessment of the candidate's overall qualifications)

About The Job

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our content production and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and podcast production, combined with a strong understanding of AI tools and automation. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and the achievement of our marketing goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Oversee the production of 10-20 pieces of content per month, including scheduling and publishing across 3-4 platforms. Ensure optimization of social profiles and engage with the community effectively.
• Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with local influencers to create co-branded content that boosts organic growth and enhances brand visibility.
• Podcast Management: Manage the entire process of producing 4 podcast episodes per month, including setup, recording, editing, and publishing, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• AI Automation & Development: Utilize AI tools to streamline processes and handle minor front-end/back-end development tasks aimed at optimizing workflows and improving content management systems.
• Regular Reporting: Provide weekly updates on content performance, influencer engagement, and podcast progress, ensuring content calendars are approved in advance for each month.
• Tool Utilization: Utilize tools such as Notion, Google Business Suite, CapCut, Adobe, and Canva for content creation, project management, and reporting purposes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on social media, influencer marketing, and podcast production.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in using project management and content creation tools, particularly Notion, Google Business Suite, CapCut, Adobe, and Canva.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation processes is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a passion for content production and marketing.
