Project Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from initial planning to final delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign strategies, progress, and results.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content strategy, and influencer management team, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
