Job Scope
Minimum Qualifications:
- Lead HR transformation and process improvement projects
- Review and analyze current HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement)
- Design and implement improved workflows, tools, and systems
- Work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to roll out initiatives
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of changes
- Ensure smooth adoption of new processes across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement and change management within the HR function
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or process transformation
- Strong background in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Prince2, etc.) – nice to have
- Experience with HR systems, automation, or digital transformation – advantageous
