Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform assessments of implementation of projects related to process improvement.
- Documents results, prepare reports, perform follow-up and tracking corrective actions on project timelines and status.
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
- Analyze data gathered using Root Cause Analysis and other relevant problem-solving tools.
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports.
- Managing resources for projects, such as manpower, equipment etc.
- Implementing strategies that deliver projects on schedule within the budget.
- Organizing meeting to discuss project goals and status.
- Education: College Degree
- Specific Course Required: Industrial Engineering or other related courses.
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in projects related to productivity as well as systems and process efficiencies and improvement.
- Skills: Project Management, Computer Skills, Business & Strategy experience, Written and verbal communication Skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Organization and Time management Skills, Root Cause Analysis is an advantage
