Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess project onsite for negotiation and advice recommendation to the top management
• Assess project DUPA/Bill of quantities of the project for negotiation an advice recommendation to the top management
• Overseeing and directing construction projects from planning to completion/turnover.
• Able to make decisions within the area of responsibility , with guidance and advice from the top management and construction consultant
• Judgement and decisions are made within the framework of a comprehensive understanding of construction engineering's top management goals and objectives

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Electrical or other related discipline required
• 5+ years of project experience working as a Civil Engineer in the construction industry is required
• PRC License
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Auto Cad, and other related computer applications), with a strong understanding of engineering principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
