About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project in Charge to lead the delivery of a critical construction project. As Project in Charge, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of this project, ensuring it meets all key milestones, budget requirements, and quality standards. This is a full-time opportunity based in Cavite City, Cavite.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks, timelines, and resources are properly aligned
• Managing and coordinating the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver the project on time and to the highest quality
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating regularly with key stakeholders
• Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Providing leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Preparing detailed progress reports and managing project documentation
• Collaborating with the broader organisation to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of proven experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong technical understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
