Job Description
- Prepares status report and updates with regard to construction and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules
- Prepares billing for contractors and payroll for site admin workers
- Prepares a description and timeline of the project
- Maintain a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site
- Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations
- Prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning construction
Job Qualifications: - Preferably a Male Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 2 years experience in surveying, project plan implementation, preparation of billing materials estimates, site management, and land development, an advantage
- Computer Literate especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Knowledge in Autocad
