Job Responsibilities
- In-charge with the monitoring of cost, schedule and quality control of projects.
- Reports the progress of the project on daily and weekly basis to the Construction Manager
- Punch listing assessment, billing review and evaluation.
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience horizontal construction.
- Licensed Civil engineer.
- Knowledgeable in Project Management.
- Knows how to analyse structural and architectural plans.
- Can prepare workflow program.
- Knows how to prepare cost estimate.
- Knows how to make cutting list and quantity take-off.
