Project Engineer

Mission

We are hiring a Construction Project Engineer to support the Construction manager . This is a unique opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in a high-profile infrastructure project involving tunnel boring, station construction, and advanced railway systems.

Main Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Assist in reviewing construction plans and methods
• Support the Construction manager in writing all construction process and forms.
• Support site coordination and follow-up on technical queries.
• Help track progress and maintain accurate records.
  
  

Planning & Software Tools

• Use Primavera P6 for scheduling and progress tracking.
• Assist in developing and updating Time-Chainage diagrams for visual planning.
• Support reporting and dashboard preparation using Excel and other tools.
  
  

Construction Documentation

• Assist in preparing method statements, inspection requests, and material approvals.
• Help manage internal documentation workflows and approvals.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams for construction records.
  
  

Support in the permits of site followup and inspection

Coordination & Communication

• Attend coordination meetings and take minutes.
• Support internal reporting and stakeholder communication.
  
  

Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or electrical, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in infrastructure or railway projects (internships welcome).
• Strong proficiency in project planning tools and Excel.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with construction workflows and documentation processes.
• Exposure to Primavera P6 and Time-Chainage planning.Multilingual (English and Filipino; French is a plus for coordination with Colas Rail).
