Project Electrical Engineer

The Project Engineer for EIA conducts studies, researches, and implements solutions to solve recurring electrical/ instrumentation/ automation problems beyond line maintenance scope to enhance efficiency and continually optimize the plant’s process and non-process equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares CAPEX and non-CAPEX project justification (quantitative & qualitative), manages the implementation, and monitors activities to attain the KPIs within budget and schedule.
• Prepares required documents/contracts, evaluates bids, and recommends preferred 3rd party contractors to the BIPCOM to attain project objectives at the optimum value to the company.
• Conducts research/study, coordinates with production and maintenance superintendents, and implements solutions to solve recurring problems beyond line maintenance functional scope of coverage.
• Verifies critical measurements and alignment according to plans during on-site visits to the projects.
• Evaluates the Contractor’s performance including recommendations to apply penalties/ incentives according to the performance if applicable.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS in Electrical or Electronics & Communications Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer or Electronics & Communication Engineer.
• At least three (3) years of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation project planning and execution in a manufacturing plant.
• Must have an experience in project management
• Knowledgeable in Autocad Software.
