About the role

As a Project Design Architect at Global Moving Resources Corporation, you will be responsible for the design and development of innovative architectural solutions for our diverse portfolio of projects. Based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office, this is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in shaping the built environment and helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to develop creative and functional architectural designs
  • Preparing detailed design plans, technical drawings, and 3D models to communicate your design vision
  • Ensuring designs meet all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
  • Providing expert advice and support throughout the construction phase
  • Keeping up to date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Mentoring and guiding junior architects within the team

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Design Architect, ideally within the commercial or residential sectors
  • Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, innovative architectural solutions
