Job Overview
This role is responsible for end-to-end project management and coordination of BTS projects, including document submissions, progress reporting, and weekly customer meetings. It oversees the performance of Build-To-Suit PDMs and site engineers, monitors all pre- and post-construction site activities to ensure SLA and safety compliance, resolves issues, validates and endorses variation orders, updates trackers, and ensures timely RFTI completion. This role requires close coordination with vendors and internal teams, strong leadership, and active participation in progress meetings to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Overview

This role requires close coordination with vendors and internal teams, strong leadership, and active participation in progress meetings to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and attend weekly progress meetings with the internal team and customer.
- Coordinate with SAQ and push for official approval (SKOM & Mob).
- Arrange SKOM & Mob sessions with site engineers, SAQ, and vendor.
- Participate in public awareness sessions with SAQ team to explain CME scope.
- Kick off preconstruction with CME vendor, including signing of the construction schedule and ensuring WHSE compliance.
- Plan and request materials and deliveries for PTCI/MIDC supplied materials.
- Monitor site construction group online daily and address all site-related issues.
- Supervise, instruct, and guide site engineers, and conduct weekly progress meetings and evaluations with vendors and management.
- Update CME/Colo Tracker and Site Tracker daily, and validate variation orders before endorsing to engineering, QA, and procurement.
- Verify and sign off on final As-built BOQ, conduct site postmortems and performance evaluations with vendors.
- Ensuring CFEI requirements are expedited and submitted
- RFTI checklist and testing completion, submission and apporval to customers.
- As-built BOQ final verification and sign off prior to submission to engineering.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certifications in Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment (WHSE) or Quality Assurance (QA) are preferred.
- Strong skills for site hunting, surveys, SAQ activities, and managing multiple tasks with accurate progress updates.
- Excellent communication for public awareness sessions, team collaboration, and problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proficient in conducting site inspections, verifying technical details, ensuring compliance, and using tools like SharePoint for reporting and tracking progress.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing JTSSR reports, variation orders, site documentation, and verifying QA/WHSE compliance, hold points, and final testing.
- Possesses min 3 years of hands-on experience in telecom site construction, inspections, project management, and managing construction schedules.
- Proven track record in conducting surveys, JTSSR reports, site readiness activities, managing SKOM mob & site completion within the SLA.
- Skilled in verifying QA/WHSE compliance, hold point inspections, final testing, and compiling As-Built BOQs and redline drawings.
- Adept at coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Holds in-depth knowledge of construction methods, technical specifications, WHSE standards, and quality verification tools.
- Proficient in interpreting and verifying technical drawings, site layouts, and conducting various final testing processes (verticality, voltage, insulation, grounding).
- Experienced in using SharePoint or similar tools for progress reporting and documentation.
- Well-versed in JTSSR reports, variation orders, perm power-related scopes, and FAC processes for project closure.
